This is a newly designed product that uses the PL2303TA chip produced by Taiwan prolific company .  PL2303TA provides a convenient solution for connecting an RS232 -like full-duplex asynchronous serial device to any universal serial bus ( USB  ) host.  PL2303TA is perfectly compatible with win XP/VISTA/7/8/8.1 systems, and can simulate existing applications based on COM ports in most operating systems, which can be easily transplanted and carry out USB connection functions without the need to rewrite COM port software Use the traditional COM port.
